Refund policy

We offer a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 365 days from the date of your most recent order to request a refund. Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund (not all orders over time).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glpguardian.com for instructions. Products must be shipped back to us before we can process a refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
